Q: How much are the shipping charges?
A: Shipping charges are based on your ups zone and prevailing rates. Shipping charges are clearly shown in during the checkout process.. Please read our "Terms" page for more details.
Q: I've emailed you and have not replied! Why?
A: We try to respond to all e-mails within 24hours. If you don't receive a reply from us within 24 hours, we've found that frequently customer's email servers may be blocking emails from our account, or that our email address is not being accepted by your anti spam software program.
Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the e-mail that you want to receive.
To make sure that our emails and support e-mails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add MaddawgXXL to your list of trusted senders.
If one of your emails is being filtered, try adding our domain maddawgxxl.com to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

Q: Will you match a price on the same product from another company?
A: Sure, we will certainly try! We keep our prices as low as possible and we really do appreciate your business. In the unlikely event, however, that you find a product that we offer at a lower price somewhere else, just send an email to our customer support group and they'll take if from there. All we'll need is a link to the location where your saw the item advertised or some equivalent reference we can check.
Q: What are the side effects of any product? Can you send me more information on any product? I have been diagnosed with... and I am taking... Can I use...?
A: We absolutely cannot answer these types of questions. We do not have a medical doctor or nutritional professional/consultant on staff. Please consult a physician. We are an online store and cannot provide consultations for our customers and are not responsible for any claims manufacturers make about their products.
